Kickboxing is a high calorie burning and fun way to get fit and healthy. It burns calories, builds camaraderie and establishes community. Kickboxing students learn effective punching and kicking combinations in a fun and fast paced environment suitable for beginners and all ages.

Students begin their journey at White belt and progress through multiple coloured checkpoints on their way to Black Belt and beyond all while getting in shape and having fun.
